That's a really good idea to create a 'wish list'. I agree there are some interesting points in the attached article. Good to see the suggestion for further research and case study too. He points to gnarly problems that we need to get to the bottom of if we are to persuade…

He points to gnarly problems that we need to get to the bottom of if we are to persuade senior managers the benefits of open data when they can so clearly see the zero sum.
