Some of you may be aware of National Library's new Open Data Pilot at
https://natlib.govt.nz/about-us/open-data/papers-past-metadata/papers-past-newspaper-open-data-pilot/get-started-papers-past-newspaper-open-data-pilot
They appear to be having issues hosting the data in ways that can be
accessed headlessly and 260GB compressed doesn't download well in the
browser.
They're aware of the issues, which may be related to their CDN. Does
anyone within government have knowledge of any platforms that are
likely to be useful to them and be willing to get in touch with them
about this?
Data is historical newspapers in METS/ALTO/XML format.
