I hope you can help spread the word. Most of our participants in Christchurch are without power, but as they come online, this will be one way to communicate in this time of crisis easily via e-mail, etc. that can reach people across multiple technical platforms in a longer form than tweets. If any developers want to help, there was a preplanned CrisisCamp for the Pakistan Floods planned for today, and we've got peeps in Sydney, Toronto, London and elsewhere coming online today. Start with #crisiscamp on irc.freenode.net for online coordination, and possible planning to provide information tools to assist. We've tentatively got a #crisiscamp-nz channel running if we get momentum. Also, for what will become hopefully a more ongoing channel for CrisisCommons/Camp in NZ <http://groups.google.com/group/crisiscamp-nz> Cheers Gav

Koordinates is endeavouring to put more Canterbury GIS data up, and we'll also arrange WFS/WMS services for as many public NZ data layers as possible.
