there will be a one-day miniconf titled "Open in the Public Sector".
The focus will be a melange of open source/data/govt topics and the schedule is

As I understand it there are Miniconf only tickets available for $199,
and an option for this on the registration page.
And the programme looks fantastic Daniel, awesome work pulling this
together.
